I Hate This Place!

"Why this place sucks?"

My campus is the worst place I have ever live in. Initially I was excited to be accepted into this university, USM. I figured that I'll be going to Penang. Gave it a check. Nope, it's Kubang Kerian. Processing location... Kelantan! Hold on, Kelantan? Anything associated with Kelantan is not good. When I first set foot in Kelantan, I hate this place deep inside my guts. Need me to list it out? Here it goes:

FOOD. I have no idea where to get some decent food around here. It seems to me that the food here tasted below average. This also applies to the Chinese food here. I am so disappointed with that since I know Chinese food are always good. What I really don't understand is that some people actually accept the food as good and even liking them. I guess the food in their place is more worse. Ever since last week, I gotten very bored with the food here. Now I have no motivation to eat at all (this is happening to me for the first time). I don't mind eating only once a day in this boring place. But exception on Secret Recipe for feeding me heaven-send cheese cakes.

BUG PROBLEMS. There is one particular bug that is newly introduced to me. It's not being specifically named but they are known as "Charlie". These bugs doesn't bite. If they do, they are not painful. In fact, it is quite unnoticeable. However the aftermath is nasty. The bite will leave a very ugly scar to your skin. Due to that reason, this kind of bug is not tolerable! FYI, I got it TWICE! Then another buggy problem. Stink beetles. At certain days, these beetles seemed like to swarm the whole campus, drowning all of the residents. What's worse, the beetle ever breach that very thin line of privacy - the toilet. Just now, I had shower with the bugs, literally. I mean, imagine taking shower in a cubicle infested by dozens of that beetle. It's like taking shower in the woods!

INTERNET. If internet is a she, then the internet here is a bitch! Somehow it has a certain mood to put it that way. Sometimes it works wonders (fast and continuous) and sometimes it starts to bitching around (no connectivity throughout the whole day). But most of the time, it is very slow. This university is too ambitious to provide the most sophisticated utilities and facilities to the students. The internet here is wireless. It's good but won't serve its purpose if there is no one to maintain it.

BORING. Kelantan/Kota Baharu = Boring. Wee... I'm a math genius! Wondering why this place sucks? If these long list doesn't kill you, I don't know what will. Bad food (as mentioned earlier), dirty (food stalls with the friendly rats neighbours), single yet small mall, no cinema (period), bad services from the eateries, lousy beaches, bug problems (also mentioned), infesting stray cats, more rats, the so-foreign-Malay-language of Kelate, lousy USM campus, bad internet connection, expensive yet not-so-good food (have mentioned that one?), and the number one reason... lacking hot, pretty babes. Sorry if sound perverted but that's just me.

Now back to reality (again). I have exam tomorrow. Reasonable people won't be blogging a day before exam. I am not being reasonable now. I really can't hold on to this stress and decided to let it all out on this blog. I think I am done here. Back to my revision (no! not Biochemistry again!).
